Ingredients
1 unripe mango
3 shallots sliced
1/2 cup coriander leaves(chopped)
2 tbsp roasted peanut roughly chopped
100gm dried prawn wash,rinse and roasted
1 fresh-cut red chili(optional)
For salad dressing
1 tbsp fish sauce
1/2 or whole lime
1 tbsp or more palm sugar
1 tbsp of hot chili
1 tbsp vinegar
Method
1. Grate the flesh of the mangoes into a mixing bowl.
2. Add shallot,dried prawn and chopped peanut
3. Pour the dressing and toss lightly
for dressings
Add chili,sugar,vinegar,fish sauce and lime juice,stir till the sugar dissolve
p/s:can add roasted coconut to the salad if desired
