Ingredients
250gm butter
190gm sugar
5 eggs
210gm hong kong flour or all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp essence vanilla
Method
1. Place butter,sugar and vanilla in a mixing bowl.
2. Cream till light and fluffy.
3. Add in eggs one at a time and mix it evenly
4. Cream the batter till smooth and light.
5. Pour the batter in a cake baking tin and bake it 170C-180C(pending on individual oven)for 50 minutes or till cook(when you insert knife and comes out clean).
6. Leave on wire rack to cool.
